Step 1
Payment + Questionnaire + Onboarding
Get ready to transform your space with Kove Collectives! Once you've reached out and secured your e-design service via Zelle, the journey begins.
You'll receive a questionnaire to share your dream design vision with us. Before our scheduled start date, please provide any inspiration images, detailed space measurements (wall to wall, ceiling height, window dimensions), and photos of your space.
To secure your start date, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining 50% due before final delivery. Let's create something amazing together!

Step 2
Mood Board
Get ready for the fun part! After we finish Step 1, the design magic begins. From wallpaper to throw pillows, we'll craft a custom design just for you and your budget.
Expect the design process to take about a week. Once ready, we'll email you the first mood board. We value your feedback and any edits you'd like to make—just let us know. Final edits will be ready in about 3 days.
Please note, additional fees may apply for edits, which must be paid before receiving the final mood board and live shopping list.

Shopping List + Sent & Delivered To Your Inbox!
Once we receive your feedback, we'll send you the final mood board and live shopping list. You have the freedom to purchase and shop independently at your own pace—it's all up to you!
Please keep in mind product lead times. We suggest waiting until you're ready to purchase items on your shopping list within one or two weeks before proceeding with our service. Let's bring your design vision to life!

E-designs are great for people who don’t have the time or resources to figure a specific room or space out. They’re for people who know what they like but don’t know how to make everything look and feel cohesive.
Opting for an E-design not only streamlines your search for every item, but also helps you save money by preventing impulsive purchases of pieces you may never use, all while alleviating the stress of uncertainty about what will truly work for your space.
By hiring a professional all you have to do is sit back and relax.

A document that consists of a mood board, material palette, color scheme and a shop list, with links.
You work with an interior stylist virtually. We design online and create based on the information and measurements given to the designer. We work with your style and budget in mind.

Custom mood board which may include: color palette, wallpaper, wall art, rugs, lighting, drapes, decor and furniture…
One round of edits
Shop list of links. You can pick and choose what you want and shop at your own time.

Timeline will depend on the size of the room and complexity of the design. Typical design will take about 7 business days or less plus 3 days for any shopping list edits.
We usually book out a month in advance. Please check for availability.

No, we ask that you send pictures of your current space (from every corner). A video call may help us visualize your space.

Currently we only offer e-designs and consultations. Our Luxe Design service is a white glove service that is local to Southern California residence. Full renovation options are coming soon!

No, our hourly consultation is $250 per hour.
